Individual Belly Med Kit

IBMK is an operational med kit designed to wear under an operators clothing.
It offers the convenience of a full blow out kit and room for additional magazines. Non-latex elastic holds the kit together with hook and loop attachment.
One size fits waist sizes from 32-36 inches. An extension is available for larger operators up to 44 inch waist.
