IBMK is an operational med kit designed to be worn under an operators clothing. It offers the convenience of a full blow out kit with room for additional magazines. Non-latex elastic holds the kit together with a hook and loop attachment. One size fits waist sizes from 32-36 inches. An extension is offered for larger operators up to a 44 inch waist.
